We’d like to share an important shipping update regarding orders going to the United States:
The U.S. has ended the “de minimis” exemption (previously allowed duty-free imports under USD $800).
All shipments, regardless of value, will now go through full customs clearance.
Import duties and taxes will be applied to every package and are payable by the customer.
Shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual due to added customs inspections and clearance processes.
Postal services may experience temporary disruptions, and some international carriers are adjusting their service options. As a result, certain delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
These changes affect all countries, not just selected exporters.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as these new rules take effect. Our team will continue to do our best to ensure your orders are shipped smoothly and on time.
