FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

In-Store Pickup is located at 179 Enterprise Blvd Unit 105, Markham, ON

Once your order has been successfully fulfilled, you will receive an email notification indicating that their order is ready for pick-up. Upon pick up, customers must provide their confirmation email and a valid photo I.D. Customers may be asked various information to verify and confirm that this is their order. If you would like someone to pick up your order on your behalf, please email web@solestop.com with your order number and the person's name and address as written on their I.D.

 In-Store Hours: 

Monday to Friday: 12 PM - 7 PM 

Saturday: 12 PM - 6 PM

Sundays: 12 PM - 5 PM

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY IN-STORE PICKUPS READY?

Please wait for the second email stating that it's fulfilled, once that's received, you're free to pick up your order whenever you're available.

 

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN? 

All of our items are listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you are outside of Canada and use a different currency, then standard conversion rates will apply.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All order cancellation request must be notified by us as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order as it has been shipped already. 

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. 

Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. 

The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply. Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

All sizes on our website are in US sizing.

DO WE ACCEPT PRICE MATCHING? 

Unfortunately, we do no accept any sort of price matching with other companies. We apologize for the inconvenience.  

 

HOW DOES SEZZLE WORK?

Sezzle is a buy now, pay later service that lets you pay for your order in four interest-free installments over six weeks. All you have to do is choose Sezzle as your payment method at checkout and follow the prompts until your order is complete.

HOW DOES E-TRANSFER WORK?

If you've chosen e-transfer as you method of payment, you'll receive an email after ordering for the next steps on where you can send the money to. Once we receive the money, then we'll start to process your order
