We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders.     • Once your order has been successfully fulfilled, you will receive an email notification indicating that their order is ready for pick-up.
    • Upon pick up, customers must provide their confirmation email and a valid photo I.D. Customers may be asked various information to verify and confirm that this is their order.
    • If you would like someone to pick up your order on your behalf, please email web@solestop.com with your order number and the person's name and address as written on their I.D.
