General Terms and Conditions

When order have completed, Customers are agreeing to the terms and policies explained below. Solestop has the right to enforce these policies in pertains to any given situation.


Order Adjustments/Cancelled Orders

Customers wishing to cancel or make adjustments to their order must contact web@solestop.com immediately.

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.

If the order has been fulfilled/shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for more details. 

Under certain circumstances, products can be sold in-store before the online stock can be updated. The Solestop web store inventory and in-store inventory are managed separately. Full refunds will be issued for items that cannot be fulfilled.

Solestop reserves the right to cancel any orders on their website. This may occur due to out-of-stock products, multiple purchases of certain limited items, fraudulent information, as well as missing/unverified information from the details given pertaining to the order. Solestop does contact customers in situations where certain adjustments can be made to successfully fulfill an order. If an order has been cancelled without any given information, Please contact web@solestop.com to rectify the situation.

** Please note that we are not responsible for whatever may happen during the shipping process. Once our products are sent out to our shipping carriers, it is out of our hands to deal with any situations that go beyond that. Please keep that in mind and be aware of your surroundings when your shipments are being delivered to your door. 


Online Returns/Exchanges

All accessories (hats, bags, swimwear, wallets, socks, figurines, etc), sale items, special/limited released products, pre-orders, whether purchased during an online store sale or with a discount coupon, will be declared a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be permitted on discounted merchandise. No exceptions.

Any regular-priced products purchased on Solestop.com can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving the item(s). All products must be un-worn and still intact including their original tags/packaging/extra laces.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping and additional costs in results from returning or exchanging any items, which will not be covered by Solestop. In the event of an exchange, the purchaser agrees to cover and pay for any additional shipping and handling for the exchanged item(s). A re-stocking fee will be apply to all return item.

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for 100% money back and return shipping paid for.

Any products purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store without prior communication. Customers must contact web@solestop.com to authorize an online purchase for exchange in-store.
