Social Media Coordinator:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce and manage our social media content and strategy
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate and collaborate with influencers
  • Create content and graphics for campaigns, blog posts, and advertisements
  • Update Facebook ads, banners and website weekly
  • Key contact for 3rd party agencies
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product team for product launch and campaigns
  • Assist in customer service-related inquiries (social media)
  • Assist in other e-commerce or in-store related duties

Job requirements and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Shopify, Google Suite is an asset
  • Experience in photography or videography is an asset
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
