Starting December 1st, 2025, all regular-priced products purchased in-store or online can be exchanged or returned for store credit before January 11th, 2026.

Please note that U.S. delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. Recent updates to duty and customs procedures may result in additional clearance time.

*Please note:

  • All hats, socks, bags, swimwear, collectibles, and accessories are final sale.
  • All sale and discounted items are final sale.
  • All orders from third-party apps, pre-orders, and limited releases are final sale.

  • Purchases made under the "2025 Holiday Sale" promotion are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Solestop reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.

Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 fee.

Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
