All U.S. Orders Include Prepaid Duties at Checkout

Dear U.S. Customers,

Due to the elimination of the “de minimis” exemption, all shipments will incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees and must be paid by the customer.

To make things more convenient and seamless, all U.S. orders now include prepaid duties at checkout and are shipped via USPS or PostNL.

Please note: U.S. delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. Customs updates may cause additional delays.

About the U.S. Tariff Updates:

We’d like to share an important shipping update regarding orders going to the United States:

• The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has eliminated the “de minimis” exemption on Aug 29, 2025(previously allowed duty-free imports under USD $800).

• All shipments, starting week of Aug 25, 2025, regardless of value or origin, must be formally entered with CBP and go through full customs clearance.

• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be applied to every package and must be paid by the customer.

• Shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual due to added customs inspections and clearance processes.

• Postal services may experience temporary disruptions, and some international carriers are adjusting their service options. As a result, certain delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

• These changes affect all countries, not just selected exporters.
