All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date.

Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
