• Shop with us in-store at both location or online at Solestop.com with $50 purchases or more made from Monday, December 12th 12:01AM EST to December 18th 11:59PM EST are eligible to enter.

• Customers MUST fill out their purchase information (Full Name, E-Mail, Phone Number etc.), providing the order/receipt number of their purchase (shown in confirmation email/bottom of receipt) in the form link below.
  
  
• Each purchase transaction is valid for ONE entry of either prize of their choice, Customers are welcome to make multiple purchases under different transactions for a better chance. Multiple entries under the same order number will be DISQUALIFIED.
