For FW26 Drop 3, New Balance introduces two new Made in USA 990v4 colourways: the U990BG4 “Navy” and U990BR4 “Monarch Burgundy.” Both pairs feature rich, seasonal tones paired with premium nubuck construction, bringing a refined take to the classic 990v4 silhouette. With their deep colour palette, both colourways are well suited to the colder months and upcoming holiday season.

New Balance FW26 Drop 3 carries forward the same design language established in Drop 1 across both the U990BG4 “Navy” and U990BR4 “Monarch Burgundy.” Both pairs take a restrained approach to colour, built around a dominant shade complemented by carefully placed accents.

The U990BG4 “Navy” features New Balance’s classic navy as the dominant colour, with premium nubuck extending from toe to heel and matching mesh overlays creating a cohesive dark upper. Forest green accents add contrast through the laces, tongue, collar and heel tab, while a lighter shade of blue on the sole creates subtle contrast against the deep navy upper, adding depth to the overall colour palette.










The U990BR4 “Monarch Burgundy” shifts the palette into warmer territory. Following the same tonal approach, the upper is constructed in burgundy nubuck from toe to heel, complemented by brown overlays throughout. The brown continues onto the sole, creating a cohesive finish while adding subtle contrast to the rich burgundy upper.
