This compact design is made possible by the forged carbon bezel, carbon core guard case structure, and mud-resist buttons combined with stainless steel pipes and silicone buffers. Finely powdered carbon fiber is kneaded into resin, then heat-pressed to mold a bezel that is more complex, yet even stronger than before.

Triple sensor measurements keep you updated with direction, altitude, barometric pressure, and temperature readings. Large Arabic numeral indexes, extra-thick arrow-shaped hands, double LED lights, and sapphire glass ensure high visibility. Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
