Do not use in a microwave or dishwasher.

Do not place near open flames or put in boiling water.

Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid dropping, shaking or subjecting the tumbler to strong impacts.

Do not overfill. Ensure the silicone ring is correctly positioned and the lid is securely closed.

Keep upright during transport and check for leaks before carrying.

Keep away from electronic devices to prevent damage from accidental spills.

Do not open immediately after impact or while tilted.
-
Open slowly when containing carbonated beverages.

Handle hot beverages carefully to avoid burns. The drinking spout may be hot even when the exterior feels cool.

Avoid leaving the tumbler in high-temperature environments, such as inside a car.
Cleaning & Maintenance

Wash immediately after use. Do not leave beverages inside for extended periods.

Dry thoroughly after washing and store away from other metals.

Do not soak for prolonged periods.

Use a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and chlorine bleach.

For metallic odours, soak with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes, then rinse.

To remove rust spots, soak with warm water and citric acid (10:1 ratio) for 2–3 hours, gently scrub with a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly.

If the lid becomes difficult to open due to internal vacuum pressure, soak it in approximately 50°C / 122°F water for 1 minute to help loosen it.
