*RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

REGULAR PRICED ITEM MAY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 10 DAYS WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. NO REFUND.

Please note*:

• All hats, socks, bags, swimwear, collectibles, accessories are final sale.
  
• All sale and discounted items are final sale. 
  
• All orders from third party apps, pre-orders, collaboration products, and limited releases are final sale.

• Solestop reserves the final decision in any dispute.

Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 fee.

Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame. ** Please note that we are not responsible for whatever may happen during the shipping process. Once our products are sent out to our shipping carriers, it is out of our hands to deal with any situations that go beyond that. Please keep that in mind and be aware of your surroundings when your shipments are being delivered to your door.
