All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date.
All hats, socks, bags, swimwear, collectibles, accessories are final sale. All sale and discounted items are final sale. All orders from third party apps, pre-orders, and limited releases are final sale.
All sale and discounted items (including orders using a promotional/discount code) are considered final sale and will not be accepted for any returns or exchanges. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.
For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
