HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items bought between December 6th to December 24th can be exchanged only until January 12th, 2020. All products must be un-worn and still intact including their original tags/packaging/extra laces, accompanied by their receipt for proof of purchase. No exchanges will be accepted on DECEMBER 26TH TO JANUARY 5TH 2020. All items purchased during the boxing week (Dec 25 - January 5th) sale will be FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date. All products must be un-worn and still intact including their original tags/packaging/extra laces, accompanied by their receipt for proof of purchase.

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances Solestop will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for 100% money back and return shipping paid for.

All orders made online cannot be returned in-store without prior authorization. To authorize your return, please contact us through our email web@solestop.com

To cancel an order: cancellation fee apply, if order have been fulfilled, restocking fee also apply.

FOR ALL ONLINE RETURNS: 

  • Email us at web@solestop.com within 10 days of receiving goods for a return authorization, please provide your order number within your email.
  • Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. 
  • Please note that the original shipping fee is non refundable and a restocking fee for any online returns will apply.
  •  If you are returning shoes to us, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box.  Any return we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box will be immediately returned back to you.
  • All returns must be received by Solestop within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
