1) When returning your item, you must make sure it is shipped double boxed in order to protect the shoes as well as the shoe box. Any shoes returned in the shoe box alone will be returned to the sender at their expenses and no refund will be granted.
2) Buyer may only return your unworn shoes within 10 days of the purchase date for refund or exchange.
3) We will charge a 25% restocking fee when returning your shoes.
4) Buyer must include a tracking number with the return item, we are not responsible for lost packages.
5) All custom fees on returned package will be charged on the buyer. To Avoid that, please mark it as a gift/return and worth a low value.
6) All shoes returned must be unworn and in original box, with all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases), or fees will be applied to unreturn item(s).
7) Shipping charges for returns are NOT refundable.
8) Processing of refunds may take up to 7 days.
